Why does one cat act like he’s magnetized to your la p and another thrash like a tiger when petted? If you are a pet owner, you’ve probably noticed differences in attitude, behavior and personality between pets, even those of the same breed and that came from the same litter. Astrology influences animal behavior and personality just as it does in humans. A cat’s birth sign, rising sign and planetary placements play a role in the pet’s behavior and personality.

Animals are pure expressions of astrological influences, unlike humans who can modify their behavior based on their own or society’s expectations Knowing your cat’s birth date and time will help a cat’s owner understand and accept their pet’s individual quirks It may even serve to warn of potential problems with regard to the animal’s behavior.

For example, a cat with the rising sign of Leo will rule his or her roost. Add Venus to the rising sign, and you’ll have a benevolent dictator; Saturn or Marts in the rising sign may create a tyrant. One cat that had the sun, Venus and Mercury in his rising sign of Leo loved to be the center of attention and literally thrived on applause. He had kitty charisma, and even people who disliked cats took note of his regal presence. He was not a purebred animal, but won a number of prize ribbons in the “Happy Household Pet” category at cat shows Compare this with his successor, also a Leo cat that had Mars in his first house. This animal decided an entire city block was his territory, and any other animal – cat, rabbit or dog-that crossed his path received a thrashing. This cat’s motto was, ‘Thou shall have no other cats before me,” and he backed it up with paws in motion. By contrast, his litter mate was bom with Virgo rising. He was totally non-confrontational, befriending one stray cat with which he would go on mouse-hunting trips in nearby fields This animal preferred purring to battling.

In general, fire-sign cats -those with strong Aries, Leo or Sagittarian influences-will be adventurous Look for a fire-sign kitten to climb up curtains, leap from one piece of furniture to another with reckless abandon, and bat at a wayward dog’s behind. The word, “No” from their owner may result in a kamikaze attack on bare toes or a shrill, vocal response followed by behavior that implies that rules were made to be broken. Fiery felines are charming brats who reward those owners who defer to their wishes with warmth and affection that knows no bounds. Once they have wreaked sufficient havoc for the day, they happily settle down on an accommodating lap and often groon their owner’s hands and face as well as their own fur.

The majority of European cat shows last for two days, mainly because exhibitors travel from around the world to attend these showings. The judges usually switch classes on the second day to avoid duplicating wins. Quarantine regulations prohibit some entrance into the shows.

Fife, the Federation Internationale Feline, which was founded in 1949, organizes the majority of the European shows. This organization has members all over the world including the United States, Japan, New Zealand, Australia, and Canada. Other independent European cat clubs occasionally organize a show as well.

Fife runs independently of other cat clubs including the British GCCF, the Governing Council for the Cat Fancy. Each of these organizations has their own set of rules and regulations. Despite this fact, an amicable working relationship exists between these major clubs.

The other independent European cat clubs also maintain their own rules and regulations and operate autonomously. These particular clubs are also very cooperative with each other and do welcome exhibitors from other clubs at their shows.

The ratings at these shows are delineated as follows:
•Excellent- no physical defects, conforms to the standard, and worthy to be used for breeding.
•Very good- lesser quality to the standard of points, not worthy of a certificate.
•Good- falls short of the standard on several points, several defects exist.

The cats are typically penned in large show pens that are arranged in squares. The outer side of the pens is covered with a heavy polythene or Perspex to protect the cats from the public. The exhibitors set u p camp within the square, maintaining access to their pets Quite commonly, the exhibitors will also set up tables of food and beverages to get them through the long day. Everyone has an enjoyable time as they wait for the judging to finish.

Two separate judging methods might be conducted simultaneously due to the number of entrants in the show. The specific club that is in charge at any particular event determines this. Awards for the Best in Show and for the Best in Section are decided, as well as for specific qualifications.

Does your dog but deficiencies in terms of:

Growth disorders

Hair loss, hair breakage

soft bones and ligaments

Reproductive difficulties, etc.

On, your probably not the food contains sufficient amount of nutrients, vitamins and minerals. If in doubt, I would change the food. In some cases, or time periods helps but even the addition of certain vitamins and Minerals. Das may be the growth in young animals, the change of teeth, increased performance demands or gestation and lactation.

Trade offers a full range of vitamin-mineral mixtures and single supplements to complement the food. Fresh food can be supplemented from time to time with a full dose of a vitamin-mineral mixture, is attending caution displayed. Overdoses can be harmful. For a truly diversified formula of the dog or cat food allowances are hardly necessary.

Otherwise, individual preparations recommended for targeted reduction of the defect:

Calcium and vitamin D deficiency in such bone-soft (Rickets)

Calcium in tooth replacement (or combination drug minerals for young animals)

Biotin (vitamin H) for hair loss, shedding, skin problems)

Lack of pigment in seaweed, the hair growth promotion and optimization of the metabolism

Salmon oil for a healthy, non-scaly skin

Herbal mixture is optionally available to promote the degradation of metabolites (detoxification), improving fertility, clarification of the eyes

Mussel extracts and gelatin to combat bone and joint diseases and promotion of mobility

Note: you may have the above symptoms and more serious backgrounds than “just” deficiencies. Perhaps there is a serious disease from your pet. Please advise if in doubt always consult with your veterinarian!

Puppy beds can be seen as places that are used by your puppy on permanent or temporary basis, but they are a must for their living environment including the fact that beds are something that your puppy will agree with. There are some features to look after when choosing the type of bed for your pet dog, but the most important ones go for the size of the dog, the breed, warmth and comfort.

While many of them wouldn’t be bothered with a hard surface as long as this one is warm enough, there are others who prefer having a blanket or a carpet to lie down on. Puppies for that matter would like to have a place that allows them to snuggle in conferring the feeling of safety and warmth. Many owners choose a basket type bed for their puppies, although there are as well other options.

But choosing a basket or a crate might not be a good idea for puppies that are not in the habit of urinating and pooping in the specific places. So, unless he is potty trained, it can be hard to use him with one of these, otherwise you might end up changing all the time the wet rugs with dry ones. Other owners prefer fixing a large cardboard to keep the puppy within but this one can be too high for the puppy to crawl out of it. However it can be a good idea while the puppy is too small and in the meanwhile have some newspapers placed at the other side of the box where he can instinctively go and urinate.

But when the time has come to choose a bed for your puppy you should consider the size of the bed should be large enough being guided of course by the size that your puppy will have when reaching maturity. For puppies and small breed of dogs, having a basket with a blanket to snuggle in can be a good idea.

As to the larger breeds there is the need of larger baskets but consider also that they like to stretch their body upon waking up, so have this in mind when choosing the size. Have the inside of the basket warmed up by a blanket or a pillow that has a case that can be washed every once in a while. The breed with short hair is happy enough with a pillow or pad made of suede material, while for the breed with long hair, a pad of canvas or cotton works the best.

As to the place where the puppy bed should be fixed, a corner in the kitchen or bathroom can be perfect provided that your puppy was house trained. Both of these places are warm areas within your house during the day and night, not to mention that the floor in these places is washable and easy to maintain clean in case of an accident but also to remove any hairs.
